MRSI is currently offering training programs at our Tewksbury, MA facility. These courses are taught by dedicated trainers who are MRSI Applications Engineers with many years of experience with MRSI die bonding and epoxy dispensing solutions. Tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer, the programs encompass vital concepts such as robot orientation, teaching alignments, the die bonding process, and production setup.

Depending on the specific program, the sessions span a duration of 2 to 5 days, offering a hands-on learning experience. Attendees will acquire valuable insights into the following key aspects of our products:
- How to program your die bonding and epoxy dispensing systems for example how to teach a waffle pack and teach a tip to perform tasks.
- The major features of our software platform common to our systems including the intuitive Windows™ interface and how it simplifies the set-up and production process.
- How to access the library of waffle pack and die.
- How to set up calibration routines.
- How to turn a simple machine into a powerful tool to allow die and placement locations to be taught for use in the future.
- Ability to use die in multiple programs and to reteach easily.
- Alternate die capability which enables the system to automatically switch between die from multiple vendors.
- Our sophisticated advanced vision systems, enabling rapid detection and orientation of die over a full 360°.
